This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who’s ready to take the next step toward a leadership role and be part of building the next generation of aviation recruitment excellence.

✈️ What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruitment cycle for aviation professionals
• Source, screen, and build a pipeline of top aviation talent
• Act as a trusted partner to both candidates and clients
• Contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives and KPI tracking
• Mentor junior recruiters and support continuous improvement

✅ What You Bring

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in aviation
• Strong grasp of aviation industry standards and staffing trends
• Results-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a global remote team
• Occasional travel may be required
