THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION. Office positions available in Long Beach, CA.

For someone with initiative and commitment to hard work, this entry-level position has the potential for career growth as part of our expanding support team and commercial real estate brokerage. You will be providing support to our sales advisers through analytical and market research that is necessary to giving timely advice to our clients. Our advisers rely on quality data to help move their business forward and develop the necessary relationships with high net worth investors.

During the time in this position, you will get a clear understanding of the investment real estate sales industry. The responsibilities of the role are vital for future success and competitive advantage, as this role takes full ownership of all database and research needs for the team. Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal CRM database to integrate new data into the system
  • Work closely with our advisers to assist in data collection and updating
  • Manage CRM to add/change/remove all deals in the current pipeline
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and completeness through regular record maintenance
  • Researching property ownership
  • Uncover individual owners in LLC's
  • Link properties held in various entities to individual investors
  • Find additional information about owners; phone numbers, emails, interests, professions, etc
  • Call to verify contacts prior to adding to the CRM
  • Add additional property data; unit mix, historical rents, previous owners, asking rents for properties
  • Track all on-market properties in CRM including obtaining marketing packages and pulling sales and rent comp data from package
  • Understand the CRM and research platforms to facilitate smooth on-boarding for advisers upon their association
  • Daily communication with team members on project updates
  • Monthly reports on internal stats

  • Highly proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Excel
  • Proven knowledge of research processes
  • Familiarity in IT is helpful but not required
  • Use of Salesforce or similar preferred
