We are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and punctual Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic role supporting a busy real estate attorney, ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist with online marketing campaigns
• Answer phone calls and professionally handle client inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage the attorneys calendar
• Assist with planning and staffing client events

Requirements:

• Prior experience with social media and digital marketing
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating online tools
• Well-spoken and professionally presented
• Reliable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Willing to work occasional events or extended hours when needed

Please Note:

This position requires a strong work ethic and personal accountability. If being late, missing work due to personal issues, or prioritizing your social life over your job is a pattern this is not the role for you.

We continue to expand our real estate law practice and our real estate investors club SAREIA (San Antonio Real Estate Investors Association) and need someone who wants to really work in marketing, especially online marketing and planning events. Must be ambitions and want to talk to people. Must work with others and actually wants to work.

These are full-time positions. Must be willing to work from 8:30 am - 5 pm weekdays. Must have computer skills and willing to learn new skills. Will train the right person. Must be willing to start soon. Past education or experience in marketing is important.
