What You'll Do As our SEO Specialist, you'll work closely with the marketing and content teams to build high-impact SEO strategies that drive traffic and increase our online visibility. This role focuses heavily on keyword research , content brief creation , and technical SEO optimization to help individuals and families connect with our life-saving services. Key Responsibilities Conduct deep keyword research in the addiction and mental health recovery space. Create detailed, structured content briefs using NLP-optimized headings and keyword hierarchies. Use AI/ML tools to enhance SEO workflows (content ideation, clustering, audits). Optimize on-page and off-page elements to boost search engine rankings. Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve site performance issues. Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools. Collaborate with writers to ensure SEO and user intent are aligned. Build high-quality backlink strategies to improve domain authority. Stay up to date on search algorithm updates and digital trends. What You Bring Proven experience in SEO, content strategy, and technical optimization. Strong understanding of Google's ranking factors and SEO tools. Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and keyword clustering platforms. Experience in healthcare or addiction recovery niches (a plus, not required). Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
